My main focus was on developing a user-friendly web application with a comprehensive dashboard, CRM, and an efficient email campaign system. I streamlined user interfaces for essential features like payment processing, account creation, sign-in, and subscription management, and improved user workflows in contact management and lead enrichment, enhancing user experience and efficiency. Collaborating with the Project Managers, Marketing, and Development teams, I ensured the alignment of design strategies with business objectives and user needs.
